The Argent staff is great. I spoke to Trevor the owner and he is a wealth of knowledge. He answered all my questions and provided me tips to help my new business. Christie prepared my taxes and was great in explaining everything and willing to help make this process smooth. Argent is top notch company and would recommend to everyone to utilize there services.

I called Argent in hopes of getting some advice on how to best set up my small business (Resolute Physiotherapy in Sylva) and get help with tax and payroll questions. Britt was incredible. He spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me that day answering my questions and explained everything so I could understand how it related to my specific business. This was very different than the interactions I have had in the past with other accountants.
It’s clear to me that Argent is all for helping local small businesses thrive. As our business continues to grow and reaches the point where we want to outsource our regular accounting/payroll, Argent will be our choice.

We are so thankful to have found Argent Accounting for our business! From the first meeting with Trevor we felt confident that we were making the right decision to let Argent guide us through the ever changing tax world. Trevor and his team are extremely knowledgeable in their field as well as personable. They are quick to respond to our (many) questions, using practical language that makes sense to us since we do not have a degree in tax lingo. They also quickly tackle, on our behalf, any question, letter or potential issue that is sent from any agency. They have worked hard to provide monthly statements and future projections for our business which again, builds confidence in them as we see the larger picture. Trevor and his team worked to find monies available to businesses that went through the 2020+ years of struggle. It impressed us so much that he would work through all the forms, put in the time needed, press on through the 'back and forth' and then celebrate with us as we received the help needed. To us, seeing that he was willing to walk through that door and having him communicate with us every step of the way, really meant so much.
