I have filed my taxes here for 7yrs now, in the beginning Leticia filed and I must say she was always been a bit rude but never gave it much though.Once I started going with her son Kevin I noticed a big difference in professionalism. This year I ended up back with Leticia and let me say I will never be going back. She was so rude, my boyfriends forgot his he sheet for the home taxes and she told him “ how do you expect to file without the sheet” and 2 minutes later she looked up the information. Her prices have increased ridiculously! Filing for a single mother with 2 children she charged $170 when the year prior I had filed for $130.

I been going with Leticia for about 5 years now. She's amazing, and so professional. She really digs deep. This year I had the privilege to file with her son Kevin. He's amazing and so sweet. So if you get Kevin don't wait for Leticia. You will just back up everyone's appointment. He wouldn't be there if Leticia didn't trust him with her clients! Definitely recommend. I was recommended by a co-worker. And now my whole family files with Leticia! 😊

My family started going to Leticia 20 years ago when she first started. Today I was treated rudely. All she did was critic my family. Horrible customer service will never return now I see why my family stopped coming here.

I am angry with this company , unprofessional, my wife went there to help with her taxes and they lost all my children's documents such as their social security card and birth certificates. Then I called and tried to find out what happened and couldn't get thru to them. Not only this but taxes were delayed for months by the irs and noticed errors made by her, we ended up receiving more money back then she had filed us to put down. She has cost us so much money on getting new documents for our children. So unprofessional and wrong.

This place is like the mcdonalds of tax services. Even mcdonalds has better standards. People at the front desk are always on their phone. The lady that helped me looked like she wanted to get my taxes done as soon as possible, so I could leave. I would expect atleast some feedback to help for next year's returns. Nothing, not even a " how were you".
