Would highly advise people to go with another realtor besides ARC. They are unprofessional and held my earnest money hostage for over a month even though the sellers of the house I was buying accepted someone else’s offer. They had no intention on ever giving me my money back and were a nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the headache and go with another realtor.

I can’t say enough about Terry Richardson. Such a nice, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, well-mannered, respectful realtor! He’s so down to earth and was such a joy to work with in selling my Riverchase condo. Terry kept me very informed of the market and comps both before and during the selling process, gave me his feedback and recommendations that I hadn’t even thought of, and continuously forwarded me the feedback from other realtors who had shown the condo. He took the stress off of me and I am so grateful for that. He was so quick to respond to texts and emails and was very easy to reach over the phone anytime I needed him. Terry sold my condo within two weeks of him putting it on the market. I HIGHLY recommend using him if you’re considering selling or buying. Knowing what I know now, I would never use anyone else. I was very fortunate and lucky in finding and using Terry because I certainly did not know him before this. He just made it so simple and less stressful for me and I can’t thank him enough!
