After living in our Glendale condo for over 12 years and now with two children, it was time for a home but we weren't sure where to start. It is a great honor to write about recent my experience with Arbi and Narbeh Baghoomians! I call them – The Dream Team! I had been living in my condo for 13 years, and though I wanted change I was terrified of the process of selling my home and buying a new one, especially in terms of how the selling and buying timeline would be orchestrated seamlessly to ensure I don’t have to worry about living elsewhere interim or renting. And so, I was very nervous about the whole thing, until I met with Arbi. He was very professional from the start. He listened to my story and was very attentive to all the specific things I was envisioning about my new home.

Everything from that point forward was handled in a very organized manner and with immaculate precision. My condo was active on the market very soon after, with beautiful pictures and a welcoming description. Without getting into too much detail, Arbi sold my condo within days of showing it and 57K over the asking price – which was incredible! In the meantime, Narbeh was working incessantly to find my new home. I have never seen such diligence. I was getting multiple matches daily. The ones I selected for viewing were coordinated quickly by Narbeh and scheduled efficiently around my work schedule. He had many searches set up for me online, but that was not all. He actually did a manual search daily based on all the feedback I provided. And that’s how he found my dream home. Literally a dream come true. Everything on my list was there, and the price was right, and the location was perfect. Finding the home is not the end of it – there are many processes after that, lots of coordinating, phone calls, planning, etc. The Dream Team took care of everything and all I did was just sign papers! Then it was all done!

Arbi and Narbeh have a very positive, happy, and full-of-life energy and it exudes from them in everything they do! I really can’t find adequate words to express my gratitude.

Today as I pack my stuff for the big move – I cannot help but tear up every time I think of the amazing journey, I took with my Dream Team! We call it the Magical Journey… the journey that brought me to my Beautiful New Home!
