Just want to say big shout out to Ms Victoria Serpa Has been and amazing help I would recommend her to any body in the world she helped me out so much and was on my back to save my insurance never met and insurance broker like her from the very beginning of opening my policy she was a bundle of joy , she was full of good spirit when I started my policy and then helped me keep my policy active because I wasn’t paying attention to my mail she worked with me I woke up feeling angry at the world this morning. But she has uplifted my spirit today 8-7-24 with a continuous policy and went above and beyond to hold me down I really appreciate this lady right here thank you so much !!

I've been with USAA for roughly 15 years and decided to start shopping auto insurance after I added my son and saw a huge rate increase. I talked to Progressive first, then Geico, and then Victoria at All State calls me......

Victoria was a pleasure to talk to, answered all my questions, and quickly got everything set up for me. After the auto policy savings she got ($2k a year) she asked about my homeowners and save me another $500 AFTER increasing my coverage on the home and personal property!
