First call, a girl said she was going to do a profile on me and provide a quote, then sent me straight to the survey that you usually have the option of doing after you've finished your conversation with a customer service rep. Apparently she didn't want to go through all the steps to give me a quote. Had to call back and then got a rep was very nice, Matt, however he said he'd call me back in 2 hours, because I was getting on a flight, to answer any questions on the home owners insurance quote he was sending me. He never called me. I responded to his email with the quote saying I had some questions to please call me. Still never called me back. Emailed again and asked if the quote was good because I never heard from him. Not a word! Never known of an insurance company that has such poor customer service when they haven't even signed you up for a policy yet. Why would I want a policy with a company that doesn't even get back to me before I'm even a customer!

Very rude, spoke over me the whole phone call, then got defensive and really snarky when I called her on it, and told her she had a bad attitude. Then fought with me as she transferred me to her supervisor. I'll go elsewhere.

This company keeps calling me... Allstate is refusing to acknowledge that this is an affiliated company... I tried getting a hold of someone to get them to stop calling me but they hang up during the call... I already have Allstate insurance so it's fairly ridiculous that they're calling me!

This company called me and left voicemail messages pretending they were authorized to help me transition my car insurance after my original carrier stopped servicing CA. My original carrier had already sent me a written letter with instructions about the number and company to call set up my policy up with the new carrier. Answer Financial was not that company. After leaving me several voicemail messages about the importance that I return Answer Financial to ensure my coverage, I realized the truth was that Answer Financial had gotten my name and were just trying to sell me on buying a policy option through them. From the perspective of a consumer, I find Answer Financial’s approach to be a deceptive sales practice. Answer Financial Management: Keep me on your do not call list, because I will not being doing business with Answer Financial for as long as I live because I do not appreciate your creepy, deceptive sales tactics.

Their rep Shaniqua Williams sold me a progressive policy that progressive is threatening to terminate over vauge wording and verifications my previous insurance company never requested and she offered absolutely no support and instead.

Never buy from that woman or this company they don't care about you and will not be there for you all they care about is making a sale.

The rates they quoted were really competitive and the rep I spoke with was really friendly and apologetic; however, this seems to be a case where you get (OR DON'T GET) what you pay for, or maybe I just had bad luck. Either way, the cost savings was not worth the effort in trying to get the policy set up.

I spent over an hour on the phone with an agent, took payment, then claimed that the underwriting company was having issues and could not process my policy.

I also directly called the insurance company
who was responsible for underwriting my policy (SafeCo) to confirm if the transaction would post. They said sorry we processed your payment, but because you don't have a policy# we cannot help you. Talk to AnswerFinancial.

It's probably a blessing in disguise I am not insured here; I cannot imagine having to go through a claim if it's this hard just getting a policy set up.
