Back in November of 2021 Covid was still a thing, and the apartment rental prices were through the roof. So we decided to test the home buying market with interest rates being at an all-time low. While not being very educated on the process, we looked to the many numerous home buying apps. These apps gave some information but were lacking both the human touch but also real-life information. With no success on these apps, we turned to friend at the time that we now considered family to help us with this process. It’s truly hard to put into words just how good she is at her job, being that we were first time buyers she truly walked us through every step of the process. Kiara scheduled weekly zoom calls to break down what was going on throughout the home buying process, which helped calm our anxiety. She was so knowledgeable about every home we visited, her schedule was extremely flexible, and she gave her honest expert opinion on everything. Did I mention flexible schedule?!? You’re truly doing yourself a disservice if you do not work with Ms. Poole. She truly makes dreams come true.
