Been a State Farm customer since mid 1980's, Angie Cruz has been my agent for past 6 years. Recently had a homeowner policy claim filed. State Farm site says I would be contacted within 24 hours....well 5 days later still was waiting for that contact. Called Angie's office for assistance and to express my disappointment in long delay in being contacted. Also the claims contact # system had issues when I first tried calling there. Asked for assistance only to learn agent offices really do nothing regarding claims. I was frustrated and not pleased with State Farm service and needed to communicate this to State Farm....Agent seemed logical person to express my complaints too....NOPE - they person in Angie's office didn't want to hear it and proceeded to give me an attitude. I wasn't in any way going to accept an attitude back when I was only trying to communicate the problems with the State Farm process and let the person on the phone know this. This only escalated to an even worse attitude back until I finally just hung up but not before requesting Angie Cruz call me back. Angie never did call me back. I have switched agents now through State Farm.

I love my insurance family...I'm greeted by name when I walk through the door...Kacie Olsson helps me with my many questions that I have asked with a smile even at the silliest questions. Everyone there is very knowledgeable Kacie actually got me a true "Full coverage" policy which as many people think they have but don't for only a couple dollars more I can't rest assured that I know now that I have the coverage that I'm supposed to be paying for explained in detail and I'm nothing special...lol I've noticed they treat everyone that walks into the door with the same respect I give them a 5 🌟 rating and will always do my insurance with Angie Cruz State Farm
