Filing a claim (in my wife’s & my case, because of a loss of some personal property to thieves who broke into our rental car in France) is an exacting process. Angela Swanger sat with me for half an hour to help me understand what I needed to do. And she kindly listened to me as I told her our story…almost 58 years of marriage, some of our experiences growing old together.

Added months later: If someone asked people to nominate a businessperson for kindest & most helpful, I'd have to nominate two: Angela Swanger & Marrissa Wilson. They just can not be topped!

Angela Swanger is kind, caring, understanding and SO good at her job. Me, 16 just totaled my first car 7 months after getting my license. Angela comforted me, shared her own stories, and got everything figured out for me, so fast and efficiently.
