Andy and Mike were amazing to work with. Both of them are extremely friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We found our perfect home in a lot less time than we were expecting. Andy pointed out the pros and cons in every house we saw, and NEVER put any kind of pressure on us to buy anything that we weren’t completely sure about. When we closed on our house my wife and I were extremely happy and excited, but were also a little sad we wouldn’t get to have our weekly showings with Andy!

Andy went above & beyond assessing our home for minor updates, spent extra money for photos, and was hands on during the entire process. He is very knowledgeable in prep, and has answers to any and all questions. I could not have been more impressed with Andy & his team during the entire process, and more importantly, we sold our home well above our asking price.

Buying:
Andy is extremely easy to work with and always available. What really stands out about Andy is his knowledge when buying a home. He is able to assess homes as well as inspectors, and is able to spot deficiencies I'd never have been able to see. The buying process was tiring, but Andy knows all the tips and tricks to make your offer stand out among the rest.

Just cannot express enough that Andy was an exceptional realtor agent! We were very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with him. My wife and I were so happy with the help that Andy offered in assisting us in selling our home. In our case, it wasn't even a traditional sale situation, but due to the integrity and thorough confidence that Andy expressed in our initial meeting, you can bet that next time we are in the market we'll be calling him first.

I invited Andy to put together a proposal for the sale of our house in Canal Winchester. In a matter of 2 days after the initial call, Andy had developed a personalized sales portfolio complete with a variety of comparable properties that ultimately set for us a reasonable asking price that was close to $25k more than what we'd hoped to earn from the sale. At our initial meeting, I had indicated to Andy that a friend of a neighbor, days before, had expressed a desire to walk through the property and was interested in the area. Not to be deterred, Andy offered to collect all of the necessary materials, and assist in whatever way he could, even if ultimately the sale would not fall under his traditional sales commission model. Armed with the materials, encouragement, and support that Andy put together, we were able to confidently show our home, a present a well-informed asking price, which was ultimately accepted. It was the easiest sale we could have imagined.
