I just received my new renewal information for my automobile coverage. There was something on the renewal that I did not understand. I called in and I received the best service ever. The representative was kind and patient very informative explained everything in great detail and eased my mind and regards to my renewal coverage and payment amount. Andy Scott been handling our State Farm policies for over a decade. During that time I have always been made to feel as part of the family and not just another number. All his employees have been helpful. When we have had claims on our vehicle policy. They always went above and beyond to help us. Especially in 2023 when we had an unfortunate year with multiple claims. One of them with. being out of state was especially challenging but Dee was able to help us find a State Farm repair shop out of state to get our vehicle towed to. I would highly recommend Everyone and anyone in the Triad area to use Andy Scotts Office. Have a sit down with Andy once a year to go over all your policies
