Logan is quite personable and considerate. He is very supportive and works well with all parties involved, the landlord, tenant and contractor. He is hardworking and responsive, professional and efficient, all with a casual and calm demeanor. If he doesn’t have the answer in a situation he will go out of his way to get it. Logan is a rockstar - responsive, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. He helped us submit an offer under a very short timescale and then guided us through negotiations with the sellers leading to a signed purchase agreement. Andren Homes took over our lease for the last year, and the experience transitioning under them was smooth. They were very communicative, and very responsive to all our questions and requests. Any time there was a request for maintenance, there was always a response and work scheduled within 24hrs, and resolved very quickly. Logan has always been a kind and gracious property manager, and was always very response by phone and email - I would highly recommend this property management company as a tenant.

Our refrigerator had issues, I contacted Logan Andren and since it was the weekend we had to wait until Monday to find out when someone could come and check it out. A couple of days later we had a refrigerator repair person come in and check it out. Turns out that the parts were not available any longer to repair the refrigerator, however the repair guy was able to get the alarm turned off which was greatly appreciated. After he left I was contacted by Logan’s assistant to make arrangements for replacement of the refrigerator. Andren took care of the refrigerator replacement for use without having to ask! Greatly appreciated, and the replacement was larger, I am 100% happy having this kind of service!
