Andrea was wonderful to work with when my wife and I were looking for a home to buy in Hot Springs. She was recommended to us by one of my coworkers who had also bought a home with Andrea's help.

Based on our experience, I would say that Andrea is: professional, diligent, knowledgable, and an excellent communicator. She was always available whenever we had a question, and when we needed to find inspectors and contractors, she gave us several very good options. We were pleased with the people we found through her recommendations, which made the process so much easier.

She did a great job of representing us in our negotiations with the seller and she offered helpful guidance on how to handle various things that came up, either with the seller or with our lender.

On top of all that, she was very friendly and a lot of fun to work with.

I would not hesitate to recommend Andrea to anyone who's in need of a realtor, and she'll be our first call if we need one again.

Andrea Marks was our selling agent for my fathers house. It was an executors sale and we live in the UK, so it was logistically very complicated. Andrea was absolutely outstanding! She achieved a great price for the house in a reasonable time frame - and all in difficult market conditions in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. She was utterly professional and very actively communicative, guiding us through an unfamiliar property sale/purchase system. Andrea also definitely went above and beyond normal expectations for us, and was very kind and personable. I couldn't recommend Andrea highly enough - she is an excellent realtor.

Andrea did an awesome job selling my mom's house. We were out of time for the majority of the time and Andrea took care of everything. Kept us informed of everything and her communication skills are excellent. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Highly recommended.
