Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!!!! In September of 2023 I reached out for help with an amendment. I was told it would be a few weeks before they could get to it as they were busy with corporate tax things right now but they could help, so I waited. Mid October my forms were ready to be set out. I went in to sign them, brought them home for my husband to sign and returned them to be mailed out. I asked if I should mail them myself and was told by Craig not to, they would sent them in so they would have record of it. I was also told it takes 6-8 months for the IRS to process it so I waited. Around the 8 month mark I started reaching out. Calls were not returned, emails also went unanswered, stopped by the office a couple times but Craig was not in. Here I am now beyond my amendment deadline and I finally escalate to somebody else as Craig is clearly too busy for me. I’m told there’s no record of my forms being mailed. I was essentially told maybe I mailed them myself (I did not as I was advised not to) or I didn’t bring them back. I would never leave $2,000+ just sitting around or throw it out. No way either of those happened, unfortunately I don’t have proof at the moment or I would/will pursue legal action.

My partner brought her tax information in to the office the beginning of march. She had a few questions the next week and tried to contact the office. All of March we tried to contact them regarding these questions. After, two emails, and three phone calls with absolutely no reply whatsoever we finally went in and picked up our paperwork. Luckily we found another tax person who could help us on short notice.

Steer clear! Terrible service!

I submitted my company's tax information in January to beat the rush, my assigned tax "professional" sat on it for over a month without even looking at it while my business partners were awaiting their K-1's.

After inquiring about the delay he called me to schedule an appointment, during which he quickly and dismissively punched some numbers into his tax software without even looking at his computer screen and rushed me out of his office...

The document was loaded with errors so I went back a second time and a third time to have them corrected with the same results. The errors were so obvious that I am convinced they were a deliberate attempt to spite me for asking why the process was taking so long...

I will never use this establishment's services again. Steer clear of this place if you care about quality and/or professionalism.
