I would give this company 0 stars, for Mercury insurance. The agent/front desk lady is really rude! She'll tell you she does NOT have time for you or time for YOUR insurance plan. This company will say a price then change the prices without letting YOU KNOW. And make YOU PAY even if you try to cancel your plan. HORRIBLE phone call holds, she will say she's out of town or leaving for medical. This is not professional at all. We're supposed to come to the agency but she's not there to answer your questions needs.

Arizonans Best Choice was the worst company in the world they hung up on my wife 3 times. We ask for the manager and some one claim to be the manager hung up on me 2 times .
After 2 hours calling, the owner got on the phone and answered my questions. I have never been talk to, the way these people talked to me. I will do a consumer report on this company. This is a message for the owner its time to hire new staff. When you have a customers asking for help, you should help them. Your staff stated 3 times I do not care. That's not the way to treat potential customers.

I've been with AZ Best Choice Insurance since 2008. I've had no problems with this insurance company. Bill and Zi have been great to me and have answered all my questions that I have ask. I would recommend " AZ Best Choice Insurance " to anyone...Thanks Bill and Zi !!!!

Stay away from this place. They are rude as hell.
Hard to cancel. Got a charge on my card after policy was cancel. When I called they acted like the virgin was talking to them. I will never go to this place again. So many options out there.

This Maricopa, AZ based company has chosen to use the name Arizona's Best Insurance, however, they do not represent the name. The independent owner Zi was very rude not only to me when I called about getting my insurance sent to DMV (so I wouldn't have penalties and fees), but to my wife as she was looking for insurance. I really should have looked at the reviews because they are true (minus the cursing). I have to say this is the first post I have written, but it took the lack of respect and a disregard for customer service to write. I am sorely disappointed and will look to change carriers and share my experience with those who have this company as their company. The star that is highlighted is a result of having the ability to post. NO Stars should be given to this company.
