If I could give it 0 stars I would! I called on Sunday to request roadside assistance. I also put in a request on the app. Upon calling, I was told that it would be a 5 hour wait for someone to come and give me a jump. At the time, it was 11pm at night and it was 30 degree weather. The agent said there was nothing she could do and there was only one service technician. I explained to her that I could freeze to death as I didn’t have heat in my car. The agent could care less and was not empathetic. I called back again and the agent told me that it would be a 5 hour wait. I was told by both agents that someone would be coming out in 5 hours. However, no one came out. I never received a call, text or notification from the “service technician” I called back on Monday to file a complaint and I was told by another rep that my request was never processed and I was furious. Furious that I could have froze to death! I don’t understand why my request wasn’t processed. I called twice on Monday to speak to a supervisor and NEVER received a call back. I have been with GEICO for 6 years! I WILL be cancelling my insurance with you. Your company is unethical and I can no longer trust you as a company! The rest of my payments will not be paid. I will be reaching out to the CEO about this. I will NEVER recommend your company to ANYONE!! I will tell everyone what happened to me. I hope GEICO gets shut down! I will NEVER do business with GEICO again after what I have experienced.

I've been a customer with GEICO for almost 10 years now, and I can definitely say that I have found them to be the most affordable. For those years, I've mainly just dealt with my policy stuff on the app/website, but within the past two years I have been in direct communication with the Winston location agents. Any time I have questions or concerns, Steve and Jack have been super quick to respond and are both helpful. It's nice to know them on a first name basis (I wish I would've stopped dealing strictly with the app sooner).

Unprofessional don't return your phone calls or nothing my car sat at a body shop for 2 weeks before I gotten a estimate and then had to take the car to another body shop and Geico wasn't will to pay for the second estimate to get my car fixed so now I'm going to change insurance company I pay my insurance every month not just on time but 7 days before my due date every month

I had a huge problem where GEICO stripped my full coverage. They said it was because failure to send business survey. Turns out they sent me the wrong survey and I was never notified. My finance company said that it was important that I got that taken care of as soon as possible. Anant was rude and was trying to blame me for the cancellation at first. He wasn’t understanding how important my situation was. I didn’t even receive an apology for their mistakes or for him assuming it was my fault for the cancellation. my full coverage for 12 days. He should show more respect and be courteous of his customers problems especially when people are paying for full coverage and only receiving liability. Jack was great and helped me.(update. I canceled my auto insurance, I was informed that I would receive a refund. I paid my insurance on the 7th and canceled on the 17th. They said I would receive a refund for the remaining days in 2-3 days. I called back after not receiving my refund, now they said that I will receive no refund. So why was I miss informed by 2 people saying that I would receive a refund of $170? This insurance is bs. It’s not the first time they lie.

I’ve been interactive with two people here the owner and also Mr Steve Hailey. They both were very knowledgeable and made me confident with our transactions. I’m very impressed with the customer service (no hold time, direct and immediate attention) and they’re friendly people so definitely give them a shot.

Geico has a terrible business policy around canceling a policy. We moved 2 cars off of our policy and moved them to another company on April 9th. I thought I had canceled the 2 cars on their site and reduced coverage on a third auto on their site. They say they have no record! They've been overcharging me for nearly 2 months. Worse treatment I've ever had with an insurance company.
