I've known Susan for years now. She has had her business for about 20 years and she is great! She is knowledgeable and offers several services including some DMV. You cannot go wrong with AM/PM Insurance Agency.

I got into my first accident ever in Sept 2023 and I tried to reach out to the agency for help. I was not certain what to do. Unfortunately I was sent to my voicemail several times and never got a call back. I was able to guide through the way but their lack of response left me a bad taste in my mouth to trust them.

I give them 2-stars for explaining to me why they never responded 6 months after the accident. So they were informative. However, trust with caution.

I am so pleased and satisfied with using AM/PM. This place was recommended by a colleague who uses AM/PM as well. We did everything over the phone, and I worked with Susan who was professional and so helpful. The coverage was exactly what i needed with reasonable price. I would definitely recommend AM/PM services to my family and friends, or just for anyone whose looking for great coverage, reasonable price, and professionalism.

Never knew getting insurance could be such a breeze but AM/PM sure did a good job in making it so. Went in for a quick quote and a DMV title change and was very satisfied with the fast and friendly service. Easy to see how they’ve been able to stay open and serve the community for so long.
I think it’s real neat how they accept debit and how they were able to set me up with autopay for my insurance plan. Great feature for all the busy bees and forgetful minds who want to save a trip to the bank and just be worry free!
Keep it up guys, would most definitely come back here again!

I was in the biggest jam ever. 8-9 months pregnant and couldn't get new tags for my car until my smog was done. Got a ticket for the expired tags I had. Waited for tags to fix the ticket. Didn't receive any tags or notice. Then the problem got bigger and had to re-do smog and get tags asap.
AM/PM is the best in town. They helped me straighten everything out, get my tags asap (right before I had my baby) took all the stress away from having to deal with DMV incompetence. All for a reasonable fair price. I HIGHLY recommend AM/PM insuarance agency. Ladies at AM/PM are polite, personable, and straight forward.
