I opened an account with this Credit Union quiet a few years ago now. They have exceeded my expectations throughout the years and go above and beyond for their customers. I have banked with many different Credit Unions and Banks and I will stay with American United forever. Their employees are respectful and personable and help in every way possible. They help a lot of people, even when other places won’t. They give chances and really make a difference. I owe them a huge thank you for helping me build my credit and helping me improve my life all while making it simple and ensuring I understand.

Horribly rude service today by the lady at the teller. This WAS our go to branch for everything. We were literally just in there last week to get a car loan. We pulled up to the window since the lobby is closed we pushed the button waited pushed the button again waited again, nothing happened and it was about 5 minutes before I went and pushed the other button because I had the thought that maybe that one was out because their sign above it is out. Enough time for my husband and I to already have been considering going to a different branch had passed before she finally answer. The lady who finally answered after I rang the other bell was more concerned with the fact that I had to ring the other one to get help then in helping us. Her tone of voice was very sassy and rude and her exact words were “did she ring the other bell, well she didn’t need to do that we know you guys pushed the bell, we can hear you” my husband told her that she could have let us know and that it’s about customer service and we will be going else where.

Every single branch I personally have ever been to, I’ve experienced smiles on everyone’s faces. Snacks for while you’re waiting. I would recommend this credit union with any services that you need! Truly the Best!

I have been a member of American United for over a decade and they have always been extraordinarily helpful and easy to work with. Our region is served by many multinational banks and large credit unions. Having the ability to be a member of an actual community credit union is a major win for folks.

I have been using this credit union Four 2 years now And I absolutely love everyone there. They all make me feel like I am the only customer to walk in there. Yesterday I went in to make a withdrawal And Kaden Called me over by name. I can't tell you How much that meant to me. I feel like I am visiting my best friend When I go there

This is best Credit union! Their staff is amazing. Even though the bank is located in Utah, I can go to any shared credit Union and access my account from Florida. . I have banked here for over 30 years and would never change credit unions.

The underwriters and loan officers here lack competence. I recommend heading to Chartway Credit Union down the street; their team is professional, knowledgeable, and offers better rates. Based on my experience, I don’t see why anyone would choose AMUCU over Chartway.

Car loan application was very fast and easy. They offer the best rate in town. Staff was fabulous to work with. I’ve been a member since 1988 and have never been disappointed
