Luis was our realtor and we had an amazing experience. Purchasing our first home was very pleasant and much easier then we expected, thanks to Luis and the team at American Stages.

During our experience, Luis took it upon himself to involve our 2 year old daughter in the house hunt. He brought her a clip board and stickers and made the process of viewing homes much more tolerable with a 2 year old. She loved it, it gave her purpose, and she really enjoyed going and looking at houses. Genius move!

We fell in love with the first home we viewed and we kept comparing everything we saw to that first house. We put in an offer and everything just fell into place. We didn’t have to settle and ended up in the house we really wanted, now we get to make it our home. Luis also got us a great price and it was below asking.

Overall, an amazing experience! If we ever purchase again or decide to sell in the future we’ll definitely be working with him again.
