The Benson Branch has created a comfortable place to do business! They are competent and quick (even when customer’s problem are complicated.) I feel as though Arcelia and Bridgett work hard to achieve this atmosphere!

I’ve been with ASCU for right at 20 years in Sierra Vista. I moved to Benson recently and was so pleased that there’s a ASCU in Benson.
I’m getting used to the clerks. They’re nice, but not as helpful as the Sierra Vista bank people are. I had a issue with a withdrawal and went to benson branch to stop it. The woman who helped me handed the paperwork to me and said fill this out. I told her I was not familiar with it and needed help.She walked away with no comment. Finally she came back and said are you done? I said please look it over because I told you I wasn’t familiar with it. She grabbed it up as she walked away she said who helped you (in Sierra Vista? It kind of startled me because of her tone. So I didn’t answer quick enough. She said never mind we can find it. So then she came back my ask if I needed anything else? I told her no thank you. You have a good day. I also told her just think you don’t have that much longer to work and you can go home.Must have been a long day for you. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
I know we have to get to know each other. So I have to give them a chance. But remember customer service is a good thing. Hopefully things will get better.

After dealing with a few different banks that made things complicated we are happy to be back in our home town and banking with ASCU they were extremely helpful when we were in the process of purchasing our first home! We needed to have statements sent ASAP a few times and they got it done and sent to us in a very short amount of time!
