I have been banking with American Partners Federal Credit Union for over 18 years. Great customer service from Jennifer at the Reidsville branch, who has been my go-to for nearly two decades. Jennifer is always ready to help and always has everything ready for me when I get to the branch. This is the kind of service I have always received from American Partners. Their CD rates are some of the best on the market! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and outstanding customer service banking experience.

so my debit card expired in december and then i realized i need to change my address and that's why i never automatically got a new one so i went up there and changed my address and ordered a new debit card so now it's been over a month and i haven't gotten it so i went there yesterday to see what was up with that, and they said i owe $2 or i was -$2 or whatever and they closed my account because of that.... how would i have owed $2 if i haven't even had an active debit card since december and i wasn't negative then, i literally took the money that was in my account out the day i changed my address and that didn't make me negative so how does that even make sense and why would you close my account over $2 and why did no one tell me that to begin with? just went and closed my account without telling me anything i had to go up there myself just to find that out im going to secu y'all made me mad

edit to respond to their response: i did use my account though, i literally transferred money into it and i use it at least once a month or every two months and okay i didn't know about the service fee but why did no one say anything when i DID go to change my address? i didn't realize my old address was on the account, went to change it, no one said anything about anything other than they will order my new card so yeah i get it but also not really? also if you guys close my account where does the required $5 from my savings go... so really you guys owe me $3. and how are you gonna say if i don't use my account for 2 months you'll close it but y'all never even sent me a new card after i changed my address i can't use an account that i have no card to... and i never got anything in the mail AFTER my address change about being negative or that my account was about to be closed

They require me to appear in person to close out an account. I have never used the account. They have mailed me statements for over two years with a zero balance.
There are two names on the account. We both do not live in North Carolina. They will not provide another option to accept signatures to close the account. I have executed real estate and other legal transactions online by secure accounts. I have closed out estates with mailed signatures. This company offers non of these opinions. They rather keep my name on their membership list and file and mail zero balance statements.

This bank is trash! I have been in the bank several times about an overdraft on my account! They had me sign papers twice but still my account and card is still being over drafted!! This has never happen before! Within the past year this bank have went straight downhill!! Kim was the best thing that happened to them. I’m assuming she left there knowing they were about to be in some bull!! Thank god this is not my only bank! After having this issue I will be closing my accounts, as well as my childrens accounts!! They steal your money and call it an overdraft. This bank is not my main bank. I pull money from another bank and place it here to make small transactions and always a random hold was on my money and then an over draft. How can you watch your money move and transaction approved on the app. After transferring and unlocking your card to the money not being there so you get an overdraft fee?! Make it make sense. This bank will have a damn lawsuit like navy federal playing with peoples money. Exactly why this is not my main bank and just where I play at. Throw the entire bank away.

Love my credit union. They have helped me out in so many ways. If I can't find a solution on my finance situation, they are always willing to help me find a solution that benefits me. Jennifer is the best. I also miss Deana, she was also one of the best.

Love my Credit Union! I have had them for years now, I personally always work with Jennifer she is always so friendly and helpful. AFPCU always helps us in any situation we have and I have recommended them to my family and friends! 🙂
