Todd was clear & straight forward. I had sought them out and went on to apply. The moment the Fico score is run, you get bunch of other financing company flooding your phone. Many claim to be cheaper just to win you over. But they are like vultures. Todd wasn't overly persuasive and I remained due to his sincerity. At the end , I got the loan without crazy hidden fees and such. His team didn't waste time and got the loan done within a very decent timeline. Beware of This Lender – A Terrible Experience

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this company, and I would strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs. From the very beginning, Jacob Rankin assured me that financing my property would be a straightforward process. However, communication was non-existent throughout the entire process.

A week before the loan was set to close, I was informed that they would not be able to finance my property due to it being a log home – something Jacob had known from the start. To make matters worse, they disregarded the appraisal I already had and arranged that they had received 3 weeks prior to when the closing was to take place, and insisting I get a second one done at my own expense for $815.

When they finally acknowledged their mistake, they refused to refund the $815 for the second appraisal, which only added to the frustration. It’s clear this company operates with little regard for their clients, and I sincerely hope no one else gets scammed in this way.

Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable lender. All the best to those who choose to avoid this nightmare of a company.
