No respect for other people's time. I scheduled an appointment with them, showed up on time, but the consultant didn't turn up. Nor did they reach out to fix it like they said they would. I waited 30 minutes at their office while they kept saying the consultant would come shortly. Not something you would expect from a business like this.

The name, Corrina she did her absolute best to ensure my maximum refund. The checkout process was very easy you pay for your taxes and they let you enter in a raffle which this year is a huge TV. Everyone in the office is super friendly and professional I really like the diversity with all the customers that come in makes me feel like the community can trust this tax service and I definitely will be coming back again.
