Amber is the best there is.

While visiting family in early July, we made the decision to move our large brood to Little Rock from Washington, DC and, given a confluence of factors, to do so as quickly as possible. When we met with Amber, it was immediately clear that she was not only exceptionally experienced, but that she was both an expert at her craft and well-connected in the community. When we explained our unique needs, she listened carefully, asked the questions we didn’t even consider, and quickly put together a game plan that ended up taking us from zero to close in 36 days.

What’s more, Amber demonstrated real dedication to assisting us and a genuine, human concern for our needs and the significance of the decision we were making. She was honest about her perspective on the properties we considered, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages to different parts of town and giving us the ability to weigh the different factors intelligently and according to our preferences, without unduly influencing our decision. When we asked her for her opinion, she was honest and frank, something we deeply appreciated.

Our first day out visiting homes, she took note of the things we liked and didn’t like and tailored subsequent recommendations accordingly. Despite a slow market, by the second day viewing homes, we had decided upon a general location, home style, size, and decade constructed. At the end of the first week, we made an offer and returned to DC to pack up our things.

While we were gone, Amber was in regular contact with us, keeping us informed on the status of the inspection and appraisal, coordinating with our lender to make sure things were moving forward, helping us navigate a difficult and convoluted insurance quote process, and making sure we understood what each new event or ripple meant in the grand scheme.

Amber was incredible; she worked miracles. The home we found is better than anything we imagined and we’re thrilled beyond measure that it’s ours. We truly cannot recommend her highly enough.
