Amanda went above and beyond during the sell of our home. It was not an easy time, market prices were dropping and it was a court ordered sell with a noncooperative co-owner. Amanda helped me with landscaping, staging, and cleaning of the home, since the co-owner was unwilling to take on any of these tasks. I could not have done this without her! I never expected the level of her involvement and will be forever grateful. She had beautiful professional photos and videos taken of our home. She advertised the home and hosted every relator showing.
Amanda also helped coordinate the purchase of my new home with both homes closing on the same date. She had multiple homes closing that day and still made herself available to me through the process.
