I love it here, Mrs Jessie in the office is always very kind and offers help when needed. The park staff is great and they do their best to get everything addressed in a timely manner. It's a very quiet and private living including security at night.

This place is very demanding of residents to follow strict guidelines but it is a safe place to live with decent amenities...night security posted at the enterence, pool table, swimming pool, hot tub, library, and rentable party hall with a kitchen.

This what My family has to deal with our toilets always over flood we try plugging the toilet . Toilet water coming outside the toilet not only that but the sink and out of the tub . When new people comes in change the toilets . Old toilets has build up bacteria and speis which is if it gets in the blood stream it's life threatening . Things that would approve on some people are Senior Citizens and the steps hard to step up . The owner of the property not manger the owner should install ramps for wheelchairs. Since me and my family move in here we had a break in in our car. . instead of hiring security guards close the little gate next to the dumpster . Install electric gates where you have key card . And mangament should check on the people who lives here because there random people who comes to the pool the people from the open gate drop there kids off at the pool .

Fantastic. I visit my mother here and have never had any problems. I believe it's safe. The curb appeal is good and they have security that checks everybody coming in at night.

It has a mice and rat problem they come from the open field and in the bedroom closets the bar to hang clothes it's all Mickey mouse style because when I hang up my clothes the bar broke in half instead of paying a new bar it look like they glued it and that's not all when my closet bar came off the post there's brackets holding the bar and when it fell there where wall holes they didn't do a good job repairing it so old holes now shows .THE BIGGEST PROBLEM MICE AND RATS they come from the open field and they go underneath the mobile home and they chew old wood to get in there's rats look like baby cat size. My family had to kill over 7 mice and one rat
