I met Steve in the midst of a remodel disaster during COVID with a contractor that went missing, with my family already relocated out of state...a stressful time. Steve took the time to walk me through the steps of gaining control back of my remodel, gave me terrific advice, great contacts for constructing bids and eventual a remodel project completed. It was a no-brainer to have Steve represent me in selling the house. Steve only does things first class, the staging of the house was the hook I needed for a sold price that was over asking!
