Was a customer for about a year and was disappointed with the overall performance of my managed portfolio. I would have fared better simply investing in an S&P 500 ETF. For the fees being charged I expected more timely trades and better communication than I received. I was also unhappy with a "wash sale" that they created - which they only acknowledged as being a mistake 2 months after the fact. This just underscores that internally they are not all on the same page at times.
