I have had Allstate insurance for the last couple of years. I am happy to say that I am a satisfied customer with the service that I received from Tony Watson’s office. I take my time when I need to make a challenging decision and choosing car and home insurance was no different. Mr Watson took his time to explain the pros and cons of each plan. This man really has the patience of Job. I always received a prompt call back if He is not in the office, and that means a lot in a busy world where everything is so fast pace and there are time restrictions. He is a world of knowledge and he is always willing to share it.

This agency seems to have plenty of time to sell policies but when it comes to cancelling policies or handling administrative matters with your policy beware. I cancelled a policy in writing two years ago. Allstate continues to send a Bill with outstanding balance monthly. The vehicle has been sold. Despite calling every month when the bill arrives they can’t get their act together!

Liars!! Don't trust a word they say. The owner is no longer an older man named Mr. Bethancourt, it is now ran by a younger thirsty guy named Tony, he's sneaky and will tell you anything to get you to sign up then you will receive higher premiums in the middle of a policey term with no sympathy. You will receive false info stating that "California raised premiums/fees" Everyone else works under his direct order with the same goals. I wouldn't wish this service on my worse enemy. BE CAUTIOUS!!! If you've had an unpleasant experience please leave review/comments to help warn others. I wrote this review to simply do just that.

Tony Watson was my exceptional agent for a number of years with a personal down to Earth approach. Then his business grew and he became unresponsive etc. None the less, maybe the next person will have a further lasting better experience
