Really, really difficult to get ahold of. Have to go to the physical office to get anything done. Rates are fine but 0 customer service unless you drive to their office.

Daniel gave me windshield coverage with a deductible of 600. So i had to spend 600$ on windshields before they would cover it? What good is that! They do not have your best interest in mind.

I’m a believer. You are in good hands with Allstate. Dan Cheek’s Allstate office took care of multiple incidents for our extended family over the past few years. Most recently our paid off 2020 Subaru Ascent was totaled. With Allstate New Car Replacement we got a brand new 2023 Subaru Ascent with only our small deductible out of pocket. Cannot say enough about how thankful we are for Allstate and Dan Cheeks’s office helping us through the entire process.

Dan and his associates are very helpful with any questions I have had in the past. I had to file a claim and they kept me up to date on everything and got my truck fixed quickly. Very friendly and fast service from everyone I talked to. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I have been a longtime Allstate customer and found Allstate to be a very good company with which to deal. A couple years back we had some claims for storm damage and they were handle without delay. We did eventually see a rate increase, which caused some concern on our part.

As far as this office is concerned, I like Dan Cheek as a agent. He has been friendly and helpful. I do find myself aggravated by others in the office who don't always respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

I will say that I would do myself a disservice if I did not investigate options. Price is an important factor for me. Allstate has made little effort to offer ways for me to save money. I feel like I am taken for granted as a loyal customer. For this reason I cannot grant my highest rating.

Great company to work with. They treat their staff and clients well, we even got a free pie for thanksgiving! Never had any claims but I'm sure they would be handled professionally. We purchased a new car last year and the transfer of our old car's insurance to the new car was handled quickly and smoothly.
