I don’t know that I have anything good to say about this place. When I first got my new car, they were very nice about meeting me at the very end of the business day and setting up my insurance. It has just went downhill from there. I was charged one price at the very beginning. Then after a couple months, the price increased. I called and, at first, they told me my policy had been cancelled, even though my payments were still being drawn out of my bank every month. When they could finally find my policy, they said my policy price had increased d/t cooperate increasing rates. Never received a notice. Nothing. Then, my price increased again. They, once again, said my insurance had been cancelled. Once again, took speaking with 3 people at this office for them to find my policy because it was being withdrawn from my bank. Never once has it been late. Once they found my policy, they said my rates had increased because I didn’t sign a certain document. I told him that I had e-signed it, and I had a copy. It took me having to go to an in person appointment to show him that I had signed this for him to call cooperate to lower my rates to make up for the months they had been over charging me. We agreed that I would only pay a portion of the normal price for 3 months so that it would make up for them overcharging me because they didn’t file a document right. Mind you, it was dated when I had signed and sent it in. That agreed price only lasted a month. I’ve called a always get a promise that he would fix it and make it right. Never happened. It has just seriously gotten to the point where it isn’t worth it. If I could rate this insurance agency lower, I would.
