Have been a customer with Allstate for a long time, went to this agency, called to switch account info for automatic payment,, well that got paid then next month it didn't so I had to make a double payment ,.. not happy was never informed that the payment was not made or automatic payment was not set up on there end,because someone didn't do there job , then the girl is totally rude from the agency, time to find a new allstate agent TODAY !! There are plenty of professional allstate agents around .. stay clear of this one !!!!
