Would give no stars if it were an option. Customer service is a joke and Allstate doesn't even know what they cover. No one speaks English so that could be the problem. The call in line to Allstate is hopeless and this agent doesn't stand up for their customers. Moving on soon. The former agency was great.

Hello insurance shoppers, my name Is Jay. I had 5 policies through Allstate. They tricked me into paying out of pocket 600.00 towards a repair and never gave me the refund. The corporations are robbing the American People. It's with the help of people like the Efland (the Ef-off group) who help them. This is my second review. They'll try to make themselves look good publicly. The owner is a liar and a con too. Don't trust these people you've been warned. You'll see for yourself when something happens and they do the same to you. Good day Americans choose wisely.

My first contact with the local branch after new ownership was terrible, I almost changed agencies after 25 years. (They had lost that personal touch I had come to expect). However, after talking with Susan and Leslie and explaining what I needed from a customer service perspective things have improved significantly. I have yet to be contacted by the new owner but as long as Susan and Leslie work with me I am good.

Marcia is absolutely outstanding. She took ownership of my issue and was the first person to truly work to resolve it. She communicated with me each step of the way, followed-up when promised and was able to resolve it. Without her help, I doubt it would be resolved and must give her all of the credit. Don't do business here. Allstate is ripping everyone off. They won't make a case you or fight to do what's right. You've been warned. Find out the hard way. I had 5 total policies. 5! They under paid me for a claim. They lied to me. They told me to Pay the remainder out of pocket to get reimbursed. Funny they get amnesia when you send the receipts in. The adjusters are paid to rip you off and pay as little as possible. Now I have to get a lawyer. The Efland Group didn't check Allstate or give me explanation as to why I wasn't paid. They're just as guilty. Just Google how many are being robbed by Allstate. You're in bad hand my friends. Lol
