When I went in, they were more concerned about breakfast than a customer standing in the entry of their business. They did squeeze me in on a day that was supposed to be an out of office day. Which for me, excused many ills. Fair pricing also.

1999 Chevy Cavalier appointment time at 10:30 got there at 10:00 was out at 10:45. Price was best that I could find $203.00+ after taxes. Nice job no broken glass found on the inside. Gave after care instructions. First time there so it was nice.

My experience here was very disheartening. The staff treated me as if I wasn't a paying customer. I made multiple attempts to get a simple crack in my windshield fixed, and was blocked by at every turn. The staff was always out in the field and when I had a scheduled appointment they cancelled it so "the boys could leave early". The staff that did run the office were rude and seemingly racist, by use of tone, body language, and microaggressions.

Wish I could leave zero stars. I have never had such an ignorant customer service agent hang up on me when trying to pick up the glass I bought. Thank God for Darlene for answering and helping me.
