I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mike Dennis
He allowed his client to enter my property unattended and without permission—on closing and moving day—despite me explicitly stating NO. When confronted, he dismissed my concerns and claimed it was acceptable, which is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of professional conduct and encouraging criminal trespass. This was all done outside of the due diligence period.

Additionally, this realtor delayed negotiations for up to three days at a time, creating unnecessary stress and complications. Due to these actions, I am reporting Mike Dennis to the NC Real Estate Commission in an effort to have his license revoked.

I strongly advise against working with this realtor. His utter disregard for ethical standards and property rights is alarming.

My opinion based on years of experience concerning multiple properties is that this Allen Tate Realtors office is the best in the North Carolina. I have always found them to be very helpful, friendly, and always concerned with making sure your interests are paramount. Many times I have had an idea, but have been given market information that prevented me from making a costly mistake. In other words, they will not sell you anything just to make a buck. Finally, Janet Paris Gray who leads that office as the Broker in Charge is a ROCKSTAR in real estate! She has the awards, credentials, and years of accomplishments that exemplifies the knowledge you hope to find when developing a relationship with an agency. They deserve more stars for all this team does for their clients!

Do not use these people or their realtors, or you will be sorry. The 2 realtors I used to sell my house worked 95% for the buyers, and not for me. Be very careful you do not use Mark Vuncannon or Farah Mcneil, both of these realtors would not listen to me about or my wants, needs, or ideas in the real estate transaction. They only wanted to make the sale to get their fees. They kept my house tied up for over a month with an unqualified buyer and cost me a lot of time and money.

Disappointed with the agency. After listing with the agency to sell our house and some broker turmoil (which was a problem but in itself was poorly communicated) we got a cryptic call about a situation going on with potential buyers. After multiple phone calls and different information each time it was time to part ways. House didn't sell and we won't deal with this office again. Clear communications are not what to expect.

If i could give this company negative 500 stars I would. Because that's how much was robbed of me by trying to use one of their agents, Miguel . Do not use anyone at this place for your realty purposes, because even tho the broker in charge acknowledged the mistake made & fully understood it cost me $500, thanks to their terrible employee. The deal she offered me was "use him to find you something else, then he'll give you the $500 back after y'all close that deal" instead of immediately fixing the mistake by giving me my money back. I reluctantly agreed to the deal then months later decided screw that, I'd rather lose that $500 than give that man any business from me again. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THESE PEOPLE . NEGATIVE 500 STAR REVIEW .

26 Days on market not even a For Sale sign They want your listing and don’t care after that. Use another company.
I even talked to the broker In charge was told they would do a open house the next weekend and did not even get that .

The Allen Tate office in Asheboro is the Best in the Triad. Annette Starkweather does an awesome job at keeping me updated on current market information for my neighborhood. This firm goes above and beyond to ensure their agents are equipped with the knowledge and tools to bring their clients a 5 STAR experience!

Horrible chat option. They try to shmooze you over without getting to the point of why you contacted them. Took me half an hour with their chat representative to find out that they don't do commercial leasing and aren't in or near Asheboro, NC, when their company popped up for "commercial real estate brokers near Asheboro, NC." Update your records if you're no longer in that location. Google won't know unless you update it yourself.
