I recently opened an account with Allegacy, and was very pleased with the experience. It may be a small office, but it was very well equipped to meet my needs through their courteous and helpful staff. Darien gave me clear instructions and I enjoyed our conversation. I have no doubt anytime I have customer service needs the staff will go out of their way to assist. Amazing service by a great leader who leads by example! Darrien is extremely knowledgeable and professional! I was on hold for a while with the call center, but I decided to call Darrien at the Mt. Airy branch and he was able to take care of me in less than 2 minutes. Highly Recommend!!

Mr Darian Hester was extremely helpful and professional when explaining and helping me and my fiancé set up our joint savings accounts. He also informed us on many of our options and how we can better our financial stability in the near future. He also mid process helped us by notarizing a title transfer as well.

First of all Jodi and Holly are Awesome!!
Jodi is our Number One go to for all our banking needs for our personal and business- excellent to work with!!
This is not Allegacy’s fault but the ground and maintenance needs to work on the parking lot and around the building- it has so much trash it looks terrible! Get them to clean that mess up!

She made my birthday impeccable, she done everything she could to help me get a loan for a car! If I could give her more than 5 starts I would ! They are not knowledgeable or helpful and if you have children or bills look elsewhere. Did not notify me of fraud and were uninformed when I called to figure it out several days of just wow that doesn't sound right, until oh yeah a new card you didn't know about has been mailed to you on "rush" over two weeks no card. For some reason they removed the card maker at any local establishment. I am looking forward to moving on to a new bank and forgetting the largest financial inconvenience I have ever encountered. Thanks you crooked brainless doofs
