Laine was very helpful and responded quickly to my needs to get an endorsement for a car I was purchasing. She went above and beyond when she also reached out by phone to talk through things so that I had a full understanding of the new quote and that any questions or concerns I had were immediately addressed. Jack was a great help in walking me through the whole process of what I needed to provide and do once I had traded my old car and purchased the new (as it has been 12 years since the last time I bought a car). Allchoice Insurance has been my insurance agency for close to 20 years and I am always confident that I am well advised and looked out for with them in my corner. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my insurance needs.

Since hurricane helene in 9/24 I had to make a homeowners claim due to tree damage from the storm The folks at All Choice have provided the BEST customer service. I had no issues or delays and got my roof replaced 12/24. Also I quickly needed to add a truck to my auto policy this Feb and once again ALL CHOICE (ERIE INS) came through Thank you Zach Routh for expediting and helping with the truck insurance Also thank you AJ for following up with the hurricane damage claim progress. I really appreciate the great customer service I have gotten from Zach & AJ. ps a quick shout out to Pamela McKinnon in the NY Ofc for her help too😊
