I have now worked with the All Streets team on two home purchases, an apartment rental, and renting out my own home. They are without a doubt Best in Class. Grant and Jessica are beyond knowledgable in the local markets and actively participate themselves. I've never worked with a realtor who's told me "you're not buying this" so many times. All negotiation processes were rooted in the concept of ensuring I felt comfortable and understood the situation. I bought in a "regular" market as well as a hot sellers market and would have likely lost both homes without Grant's guidance and experience. You cannot do better....

Selling our old house (down-sizing), where my two daughters and I had lived for the past 15 years, was a wise decision, but nevertheless a stressful process. However, our agent, Jessica, made everything go so smoothly. Her unfailing professionalism in whatever situation presented itself was definitely above and beyond the call of duty. The All Streets Realty team sold our home when others could not! The team was extremely responsive to questions, and gave regular updates on our home and the market. The team came in with new ideas and a marketing strategy completely different from our previous realtor, and it paid off! Our home sold quickly under the care of All Streets Realty after sitting on the market for six months! We were so impressed with the professionalism and results that we will be listing our other property with their team! My brother just used All Streets Realty for the purchase of his new home; the team was able to place him in a new house on very short notice, and he and his wife were very pleased!!! We recently had Aida Villalpando as our agent to sell our house in Larkspur, N. Leander. We truly had the best experience with Aida, and her complete expertise and professionalism in the real estate business. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she was also intuitive and caring.
