I transferred over from another State Farm agent to Alicia Moore and my biggest learning from the process was that NOT ALL STATE FARM AGENTS ARE THE SAME! With my previous agent, my paperwork was not being filed correctly and I was stressed out with delays and paying more than I should have been. I also was not being treated well. My follow-ups were being responded with passive aggression and was clearly not a priority. But all of this was resolved as soon as I moved my account to Alicia Moore! So far, I have worked with Martha who is an absolute dream! She has been so incredibly diligent in providing helpful information in a very timely fashion. She followed up with me regularly (and proactively!) to let me know where things were in the process. I cannot speak highly enough about Martha and the Alicia Moore agency. I would highly recommend working with them - they do seem to have their clients best interest at heart which is so rare to come across these days.
