Warning! Beware of Alfred Bruno, the most unprofessional individual in the industry. He made me waste money on an inspection just to toy with the offer. He assured me that the seller, who happened to be one of the partners, was serious and there would be no games. However, once he accepted my offer, he took his time to try and get a higher bid. He also promised to refund me the cost of the inspection, but I have been waiting for almost two months with no refund in sight. Save yourself the trouble and find someone honest and professional. Don't waste your time and money with Alfred Bruno.
