I talked to jake about one of your customers who smacked the mirror off my truck as we passed each other on Hillard loop rd in Townley. So it's a really small road obviously and even with the guy and his wife admitting it was his fault, Jake told me that there was not enough evidence to prove guilt. If he would have done a good job like any other insurance company and actually done a good investigation he could have got on Google maps and never left his little desk, and seen that even if we both were in our lanes, we would have hit each other. I told him that I had already got off the road and had to swerve farther when I seen he wasn't getting over. I don't have alfa and I've thought hard about switching just because Mr. jake there would have all the evidence he needed to show his customers at fault and still not pay out a claim.

I was a long term policy holder for years. The 1 time that I needed Alfa the most they cancelled my policy because I turned in a no fault claim. Never had a accident or nothing! I was at the hospital getting test done and someone hit my car. It was on private property so Jasper, Al police don't do claims on private property! If you can't turn in 1 claim of over 15 years, why would anyone pay them for full coverage insurance!! My agent said that in 1 year they would call me back and offer me coverage again, I couldn't trust them now after how they did me with a no fault claim!! Could you trust them? Shelvia Comer (Gann)🤔
