As an adult daughter taking over my aging mom's assets (which was very mismanaged in many ways for decades), finding Alex was a blessing. He truly is one in a BILLION! I desperately needed to sell one of my mom's SF houses, and with tenants in place for over decades, finding the right help was so so difficult. Each realtor I contacted required me to talk to a lawyer which became so stressful. I attempted numerous times to get in touch with lawyers but no one would ever commit. I explained my situation to Alex and he gladly accepted to work with me knowing the difficulties in place. I cried when he said he could help me because I tried so hard for such a long time and could not get help. Amazingly, he was able to find a buyer to the house, and much sooner than I expected, and we closed escrow in 30 days, even with the issues with the house. I never thought I would ever think of a real estate agent sincerely helping people because I've typically thought of realtors as business people who want a quick/easy sell, especially in SF. But Alex stands way high above all of them. He did so much leg work, including talking to the tenants on my behalf, and how touched I was to have someone do this work for me. With someone at this caliber, I would recommend Alex to anyone. If there is someone who will work for you at selling your house, Alex is the one.
