Dealing with this realty was by far the worst for sale by owner experience I have ever had. The buyers realtor initially seemed very friendly and said they'd help with anything I needed throughout the process to make it as easy as possible. Once the contract was signed, communication was non-existent and what tiny fragments of communication actually happened, the information was wrong or they needed my help doing something the realtor should be taking care of for the buyer. The buyers realtor was very dishonest in making certain things seem mandatory for me to sell the house and would later add it to the contract through an addendum. I learned a huge lesson during this process and some mistakes were my own ignorance. I was completely upfront and honest and bent over backwards to meet the list of tasks the buyer and realtor asked to be accomplished and was definitely not met with any kind of assistance in return. I will never recommend this realty office to anyone around Yell County, and especially tell anyone thinking of for sale by owner to either refuse a buyer using an agent through Alethes, or use an agent from the Fort Smith area.

He made sure he understood what I wanted in a home within my budget and he was so patient in helping me find the right place.
