We contacted Alessi Insurance Services last year to be sure we were making the right decisions about our Medicare and Supplemental Insurance coverage. I had no idea how helpful this meeting would be! I was amazed by the level of knowledge and range of options that would be available -- and all based specifically on our needs. I left the office feeling terrific about the choices we made and this year has proven every decision to be exactly right for us. I just contacted them again this morning and got a prompt telephone response. We were able to review the coverage we have in place and determined that no changes are necessary. They gave us a few things to watch for in the coming year, and confirmed a decision we wanted to make re: our dental coverage. Consulting Alessi Insurance was one of the best decisions we made for our well being and peace of mind!

I believe it was just a couple of days and we had a meeting set up with Charles and we are so glad we did. In October 2021 I was referred to Alessi Insurance. I stopped in to see Mike Alessi and even though I didn’t have an appointment with him he was very happy to help and answer my questions. At that point I was considering moving from United Healthcare supplemental plan to United healthcare advantage plan. I’ve had this supplemental plan for at least 10 years and I was always skeptical about a supplemental plan. Mike took his time to speak with me about the plan.He made a subsequent appointment with me in October to solidify my choice. Everything Mike told me about the plan has come true. I’m very happy with the plan and moreover with Mike. He has gone over and above what he had to do to help me with my situation with Dexcom glucose monitoring system. He took so much time trying to find out what my cost would be for this item. He went out of his way to find people in Advanced Diabetes and other places and connected me to someone who immediately took care of my issue. Since signing on to the Advantage Plan I’ve had numerous questions. I contacted Mike usually by EMail and my questions were always answered quickly . I can’t say enough about the service I’ve received from Mike. Alessi Insurance is the place I will continue to go for my insurance needs. In short they are “Great!!” To them the customer always comes first. I’m very pleased to have found people who really care.

Mike is great to work with. We had a terrible time dealing with the ACA Marketplace on our own, but working with Alessi made it striaghtforward and painless. Whenever there's been questions, he's been great to get answers back to us quickly and knowledgeably. I highly recommend them for your health insurance needs!
