I was concerned with a few issues in regard to my policies and was assisted by Cecilia Fredrick and Elizabeth Gonzalez. I cant express how outstanding their customer service was. They were understanding, attentive and very professional. When state farm says "here to help life go right" they are referring to Cecilia and Elizabeth. Tried to cancel my insurance. Was told I need managers clearance to cancel. All 3 days I called back to do so, all I got was "Our manager is out to lunch. I'll have them call you when they get back" and never got a call back. Heard that for 3 days straight.

Spoke with Elizabeth at this location. She was very helpful in helping me in a last minute pinch. Service was kind and professional and very responsive. I was able to send pictures in form of text of documents needed for electronic insurance verification that started December 2021 to reinstate my status because I was not using my car. I would recommend anyone who is in assistance . Cheap and comparable prices as well

I strongly recommend this agent! I have been with them over 5 years and all of my policy's are affordable and I know I am covered by a fantastic company. The people that work there are very friendly and walk in similar shoes as the client. They understand real world problems and because of that, they are there to help.

I work a lot with Elizabeth and I am very glad that the agency has her. In a time where everyone is in a hurry and time goes by faster; convenience is key! She makes is very easy to do transactions, add items, add property, submits to special request. In other words she is willing to help no matter what situation.
