Because of an online glitch in trying to make my monthly payment, I was redirected to my local agent’s office, Alan Waggoner.
I was courteously and professionally helped by one of their agents named Melissa. Taking care of my payment was easy.
When asked if I had any other questions, my answers are usually, no I do not.
But this time I decided to ask her about the savings for those who drive less than 7500 miles per year.
My questions included so many what ifs.
Melissa answered them all.
I was impressed by her knowledge of the State Farm insurance business. It was great talking with her.

Ann Marie was absolutely wonderful to work with! My husband and I were put in a touch situation and had to get reinsured and she was able to walk me through every step and give us time to make sure we wanted to go with them. Ann Marie was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I can not say enough good about her. She bared with me for 2 hours of questions and explaining coverages and prices and running scenarios for me to understand the entire policy and everything I am paying for. I am a numbers guy and she explained everything to me and made it all make perfect since, AND THEN easily quadrupled my coverage or more while SAVING ME MONEY!!! Absolutely great start for me and State Farm, USAA has been ripping me off!!!
