The Allen Crowder State farm insurance agency is fantastic. Their professionalism and customer service abilities are wonderful. I had spoken with Hailey at the company and she got me a quote for homeowners insurance and car insurance at a better rate than I received anywhere else with the same coverages. Hailey was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to get everything taken care of in a short period of time. A wonderful experience compared to what I had gotten from other insurance companies just looking for a quote. Just spoke to Hannah the insurance agent over the phone: she did a fantastic job.
She gave me a great quote more affordable than the competition, was polite & courteous the entire conversation, & was open & honest with answers to my questions. Everything was going great. The State Farm representative was very pleasant and diligent with finding ways to reduce the home insurance base quote until State Farm realized my home was a manufactured home. I mentioned this to the representative at the very beginning of the conversation. I also mentioned this to the “general quote hunter” who connected us. I guess that statement was glazed over. I knew something wasn’t quite right when she started mentioning ‘attached garage’ (lol). The representative was great, though, and very informative.
