Had insurance with this place on 3 vehicles & was paying $279 a month. Neither my husband nor I have any points on our license, No tickets or anything. for no reason at all Our insurance went up to $417 They had no reason to tell us why except for that the rates had just went up. so we switched & went somewhere else. now we're only paying $155 a month for the same coverage, on the same 3 vehicles.

I love Allstate !! We were paying $300 a month with our previous insurance and I decided I’ve had enough . My rates increased every year and my husband and I have no points and no accidents but yet my premiums still went up . I called Allstate to get a quote and my insurance was cut in half and that’s with renters insurance!! I’m so glad we made the switch !!

Reached out to Alan Carpenter in numerous occasions and ways. Will not return calls and won't answer emails. I have bee an Allstate customer for over 30 years and with same agent until he retired. Alan Carpenter took it over from him and it's been crappie service since him doing so. If you want good professional service choose a different agent

Very disappointed they ran out out of chicken and dumplings! But no one at my table liked their meal. The chicken fried steak wasn't hot and tasted like it was reheated not fresh. The hasbrown casserole had no taste. My daughter didn't finish her meal. Very dissappointed with one of our favorite restaurants.
