I have been a member all of my life. I am 54 years old. I have multiple accounts, and they would NOT allow me to deposit a 30,000 check where I would be depositing 30,000 and only taking 2000.00 with me. That is totally wrong. They love you when you're rolling, but let your checking get low...... they want to hold your CASh two weeks before releasing ! Will never bank with you again. Another bank serviced me In 10 minutes. You lost a customer!

I just came through the drive thru to get some cash out my savings. The light skin lady who was working the drive thru decided she had to text before asking me what I need. Not only that I had to press the call button twice!! Poor customer service Alabama one. Last time I'll come through that drive thru
