This bank is the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. I was sent a new debit card after having to call and notify them that my current card has expired. After waiting a full week I received the card in the mail. I then attempted to activate the card, but was not provided a temporary PIN number and the phone number used to activate the card did not even give me the option to set a new pin. I called their support number and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I attempted to call again approximately 1 hour later and was again placed on hold for a very long time. I am still currently on hold at the moment after having been waiting for over 30 minutes while listening to their annoying elevator music and being reminded every 30 seconds “that all agents are currently busy” and being asked to remain on hold. Currently it has been 3 weeks since I have had access to the money in my bank account and it is very obvious this banking institution does not care about it’s customers. If you intend on using a bank to safely store your money while having easy access and reliable and helpful customer service I recommend using any other bank. You’re better off storing your money in your mattress.

I finally reached an agent to provide me with a PIN number. She told me that she was able to resent my PIN number and then asked if there was anything else she could do for me; she did not tell me what she reset the PIN to. I asked her what the new PIN was so that I would be able to access the money in my account. She placed me on hold for several more minutes. She then advised me that I would need to contact my financial institution (although she already works for Alabama central credit union as an agent dealing with debit card issues over the phone 24/7). She stated that I would need to contact my bank and ask them to send me a paper copy of my PIN number via the mail in 3-5 business days. I clarified with her that she was able to resent my PIN but could not give it to me verbally over the phone; she stated this was for “my protection.” So as of right now it looks to be a full month before I will have access to the money in my account. I am glad that I have placed my hard earned money in their trust and have been denied access to it for approximately 1 month due to their inability to provide helpful and timely service. I plan on removing all the money from my account and closing my accounts with this bank and never using this bank again. Do not use this bank if you wish to ever see your money again.

There was this one time I fell on hard times, I was 3 months behind on my car note. I finally got back into the motions of things and went into the branch to pay. The guy at the front counter called Jessica to let her know I was there to pay... And Jessica laughed as if my hardship was funny, I could hear her through the phone!! Very unprofessional at that moment. I hope she never has a hardship cause karma will be knocking! I don't go into that branch too often. The one on 4th ave is much better and the staff is friendly!

One of the most embarrassing moments of my life happened here today. Came in to handle some business I use the restroom and came out and my coworker (a black gentleman) needed to use the bathroom he was stopped by a large white woman screaming at him that restrooms were only for customers and that he needed to leave when I tried to explain to her that he was with me and that I was going to be conducting business she said he had no business in there and need to leave before she called the cops I tried to proceed to the counter to conduct my business and I instructed my coworker to go ahead and use the bathroom at which point the large woman claiming to be the bank manager and said her name was Jessica push the door shut in front of him and told him to leave now before the cops came. I was horrified and disgusted by the action of her and the inaction of any of her co-workers. I asked her to please call the police but i was un able to wait for them on account my coworker has a medical condition and had to use the bathroom right away

This location is horrible. The teller at the drive thru is inept and extremely Rude. filled out the deposit slip and told the teller to deposit the check I sent through the tube. He cashes and sends it back. I was so angry I had to drive away and breath for a minute to prevent myself from cussing him out. Drove back and explicitly told him to deposit the money in my account. he then proceeded to tell me that if I was going to continue to be this rude that I shouldn't ever come back. This type of service is unacceptable at the least and should get him fired. You can best bet I'm never visiting this credit union ever the heck again for any of my banking needs.

When calling this bank they answer the phone super fast & place you on hold so long until you hang up (which is probably what they want) Then when going into the branch for transactions the shared system is always down.

I will not bank with these people again. You cant make any necessary changes to your account without being physically able to visit the branch, among other problems.
